This online tool will capture the aspects of or amendments to the built environment that will encourage young people to settle in Southampton, rather than leaving the city after graduation from one of the two universities. Crucially there are aspects of the urban environment that the Council have influence over. These interventions can potentially enhance the city's appeal to all residents.
